It has been one crazy week in this house but I did manage to bake some Morning Glory Muffins

I didn’t have the apple that the recipe called for so I just used more pinapple and no one knew the difference. I got that recipe off Pinterest same place that I have gotten a lot of my baking recipes. You can follow me on that site Theresa Ippolito to see what I have saved.
Look in different places for recipes, Such as magazines, food packaging and so on. One of my families favorite for 3 generations now is Pepper Steak which I got off a cornstarch box. Recipe is super easy which are my favorite kind. You start with a round steak cut into strips, marinate in soy sauce, ginger and garlic for at least 90 minutes. Sautee it on high for just a few minutes until brown, I usually let it cook on low for a while until tender. In the meantime slice pepper into strips. Any color pepper you want or a mixture of colors. Then mix 2 Tbps. cornstarch and 1 cup water. When steak is tender add peppers to pan cook on high until peppers are shiny. Then add the water and cornstarch stir until thickened, if it gets too thick add water or soy sauce a little at a time. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
